• 6 grams of loose Apricot & Peach Tea
  • 500 ml of cool water
  • Giffard Syrups – Apricot or Peach flavor
  • Apricot nectar or sliced fresh peach (optional)


  • Place Apricot & Peach Tea into a tea bag or strainer
  • Place the tea bag or strainer into a large jar and add water
  • Cover, and infuse for 10 minutes (could infuse longer if required)
  • Strain tea and remove tea leaves from the jar
  • Add one pump of Giffard syrups into the tea
  • Serve the beverage into ice-filled glasses
  • Add apricot nectar or peach (optional)
