• 6 grams of loose Earl Grey Blue Flowers
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 2 – 3 tablespoon of honey (optional)


  • Place Earl Grey Blue Flowers into a teabag or strainer
  • Place the tea bag or strainer into a large jar and add hot water
  • Add lemon slices
  • Cover, and infuse for 1.5 hours – 2 hours
  • Stir in the honey and place the teas in the refrigerator for another 2 hours
  • Strain tea and remove tea leaves and lemon slices from the jar
  • May add more water into the iced tea if it is too strong (optional)
  • Serve the beverage into ice-filled glasses
