• 6 grams of loose Earl Grey Blue Flowers
  • 500 ml of hot water150 – 180 ml of regular milk
  • 115 ml of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 tablespoon of lavender (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of honey


  • Place Earl Grey Blue Flowers into a teabag or strainer
  • Place the lavender into the tea bag or strainer (optional)
  • Place the tea bag or strainer into a large jar and add hot water
  • Cover, and infuse for 10 minutes
  • Strain tea and remove tea leaves from the jar
  • Stir in honey
  • Mixed tea, regular milk and condensed milk in the jar
  • Stir vigorously or use a blender to mix thoroughly
  • Serve the beverage into ice-filled glasses
