Ingredients:

  • 6 grams of loose Chamomile flowers
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 2 – 3 tablespoon of honey

Directions:

  • Place Chamomile flowers into a teabag or strainer
  • Place the tea bag or strainer into a large jar and add hot water
  • Add lemon slices
  • Cover, and infuse for 6 to 8 minutes
  • Strain tea and remove tea leaves and lemon slices from the jar
  • Stir in honey and let it cool
  • Serve the beverage into ice-filled glasses
