• 6 grams of loose Earl Grey Blue Flowers
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 30 ml Mixer Lemongrass syrup
  • 2 slices of lemon (optional)


  • Place Earl Grey Blue Flowers into a teabag or strainer
  • Place the tea bag or strainer into a large jar and add hot water
  • Cover, and infuse for 3 minutes
  • Strain tea and remove tea leaves from the jar
  • Add syrup to cup (12 oz)
  • Fill the cup with brewed tea
