• 6 grams of loose Lemon Fresh Rooibos Tea (6 grams)
  • 500 ml of cold water
  • Honey or sugar syrup to taste


  • Place loose tea leaves into a teabag or strainer into a large jar and add water
  • Cover, and infuse for 2 hours
  • Strain tea and remove tea leaves from the jar
  • Stir in honey or sugar
