Ingredients:

  • Pieces of fresh seasonal fruit
  • 60 ml. grapefruit juice (2 oz.)
  • 25 ml. Mixer Peach (¾ oz.)
  • 25 ml. Mixer Mango (¾ oz.)
  • Top with soda water

Glass:

  • JUICE 12 oz.

Technique:

  • Muddle

Preparation:

  • Muddle the fresh fruit pieces into a sturdy glass
  • Add 1 scoop of crushed ice and then pour the other ingredients over ice
  • Stir well before serving
